I understand that this is a training day and I may have to wait longer than expected for my treatment. The treatment itself may take longer as the trainer will talk through the treatment. The delegate will be supervised throughout the whole process.
I understand that any further work required afterwards will incur a charge of £120 per one ml of dermal filler and £30 for anti-wrinkle injection top ups to cover material costs.
I understand that my before and after pictures may be used for marketing and advertising purposes by the delegate injecting and The Aesthetics Group.
